Boise Young Professionals Column

Boise Young Professionals Column

In 2009, the Boise Young Professionals (BYP) Leadership Team partnered with the Idaho Business Review (IBR) to author a monthly young professional series (b|informed). It was determined that a strategic partnership would add a valuable perspective within the business community and reinforce the talent base that is being developed in the young professional demographic. The series is sponsored by BYP and affords our members the opportunity to author articles addressing timely issues important to the Treasure Valley’s young professional community. The partnership has three central goals:

  • Goal #1: Establish a strategic partnership with a local business publication where both organizations benefit through an increase in readership, credibility, and subscribers.
  • Goal #2: Publish valuable business relevant articles every month that represent the young professional perspective.
  • Goal #3: Create a medium for young professionals and current business executives to establish common ground and thought-provoking partnerships.
