b|wise Kick-off Luncheon:

When: September 28, 2011
Time: 11:30 a.m.
Where: University of Phoenix, 1422 S. Tech Ln., Meridian

b|wise is a six-month structured mentoring experience that matches 10-12 young professionals with a “seasoned executive” for monthly meetings on leadership and personal development. The cost for b|wise is $25 (per facilitator) and includes a pad folio. b|wise is offered to BYP members only.

Vision, Purpose & Strategy of the b|wise series:

The Professional and Leadership Development Work Team established the b|wise series to provide opportunities for the BYP membership to establish strong coaching/mentoring relationships with other young professionals that will be a catalyst for future success.

Outcomes of the b|wise series:

  1. Opportunity to create beneficial one on one relationships
  2. Provides support, advice, guidance
  3. Opportunity for challenging and candid feedback
  4. People with more experience helping those with less
  5. Ownership through involvement
