January - "b|wise" Series

The Professional & Leadership Development Work-Team through BYP is launching its b|wise series in January of 2008. The program is a six-month structured experience designed to enhance your leadership knowledge, skills and abilities. The work-team is recruiting 60 individuals to be participants in five facilitator-led b|wise roundtables.

Kick-Off Event

Date:                             January 25, 2008
Keynote Speaker:          Jim Everett, President & CEO, Treasure Valley YMCA
Topic:                            Goal Setting and Leadership
Location:                       The Rose Room, downtown Boise (718 W. Idaho St.)
Time:                            11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. 
Cost (includes lunch):   $25 Must be a BYP member to participate!
Roundtables Capacity:   60 (12 each)

• Each participant will meet with their groups and with their facilitator at the kick-off event
• Each roundtable will identify leadership topics of interest to discuss over 6 months
• At least one 1-2 hour session per month (see facilitator profile for details)
• Facilitator may recommend reading or activities outside of monthly session
• Up to 12 people per roundtable with an outstanding facilitator
