Why We Exist: To empower you to develop the skills, connections, and confidence to become a leader in your respective organization, community or social circle.

What we do:

• We provide opportunities for you to develop with mentors from the Boise area through the b|wise program along with make connections with other young professionals.  This helps you develop skills and talents that will make you a better leader for the upcoming generations in the Treasure Valley.

• BYP Members can connect with other liked-minded young professionals through events such as our lunch and learns to give you the opportunity to engage with each other about topics that can benefit your careers as well as social lives.  Be empowered to think outside the box and see other’s perspectives.
